This device will provide emergency communication for seniors or the disabled who are at risk of falling and are incapacitated. Most service animals are trained to understand when their owner has had a stroke or seizure or is on the ground due to an unexpected fall. With this device, the service animal can get the owner the help they need to survive. When the owner falls down, the animal simply touches the TOBI bracelet with a chip in the included collar and 911 is automatically notified.
